Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Wasteland Research Division ("WRD", "we", "us") ordering platform at wrdordering.xyz collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. WRD is a fan-run community project for the Roblox experience Day of Dusk — The Border. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., or Gyazo.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. The username and password you choose when registering. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash — never in plain text.
• Order details. The in-game Roblox username, services requested, delivery notes, and location you provide when placing an order.
• Linked accounts (optional). If you choose to connect your Roblox or Discord account, we store your account ID, username, display name, and public avatar so we can show them on your profile. For Roblox we also read your public group ranks in the WRD and AEGIS communities.
• Duty state submissions. If you use the Duty State Manager, we store the screenshots (hosted via Gyazo) and timestamps you submit.
• Economy data. If you take part in the in-app economy, we store your Scraps balance, daily-login streak, cosmetics, and a record of Robux redemptions and payouts tied to your linked Roblox account.
• Technical & anti-abuse data. We record the IP addresses you use to register, sign in, and place orders, and a randomly generated device identifier stored in your browser. We keep a limited history of these signals and compare them across accounts solely to detect and review duplicate or alternate accounts and enforce one-account-per-person. This data is used for abuse prevention only — not for advertising or tracking you across other websites.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and process the orders you place.
• To display your community profile, awards, and leaderboard standing.
• To verify membership and rank in our Roblox communities.
• To run the in-app economy and pay out Robux redemptions.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate or alternate accounts — including comparing IP and device signals across accounts so staff can review suspected duplicates.

3. Third-party services

When you link an account, you authenticate directly with that provider through OAuth. We never see or store your password for those services — only the limited public information the provider returns. Your use of those services is also governed by their own privacy policies (Roblox, Discord, Gyazo).

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Public profile fields (display name, linked usernames, avatar, awards, and duty leaderboard standing) are visible to other members. Order details are visible only to you and authorised WRD staff.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and associated data for as long as your account exists. You may unlink any connected account at any time from your portal, which removes the stored data for that connection. To delete your account entirely, contact a WRD administrator on Discord. Anti-abuse signals (recent IP addresses, device identifiers, and any related-account flags) may be retained while your account exists, and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed to prevent ban evasion and repeat abuse.

6. Your choices

• Linking Roblox or Discord is entirely optional.
• You can unlink connected accounts at any time.
• You can edit or clear your display name and bio from your profile.

7. Children's privacy

The platform follows the age requirements of the Roblox and Discord platforms. We do not knowingly collect more information than is necessary to operate the service.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
