Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Wasteland Research Division ("WRD") ordering platform at wrdordering.xyz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About the service

WRD is a free, fan-run community platform for the Roblox experience Day of Dusk — The Border. It lets players request in-game services, track deliveries, log duty states, and maintain a community profile. WRD is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., or Gyazo.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Keep your password secure; we are not liable for losses from compromised credentials.
• One account per person. Creating or using multiple or alternate accounts — including to farm rewards, evade limits or bans, or abuse referrals — is prohibited.
• To enforce this we record and compare technical signals such as IP addresses and a browser device identifier across accounts. Accounts that appear linked may be flagged for staff review, and confirmed duplicates may have balances or rewards removed.
• Your account allows one active session at a time; signing in elsewhere may end your other sessions.
• You must provide accurate information when placing orders.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, harass, threaten, or impersonate other members or staff.
• Submit false duty states or fraudulent screenshot evidence.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, exploit, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, our anti-abuse measures — including device or IP detection, account-creation limits, or automated/bot sign-ups.
• Use the service for anything illegal or against the Roblox or Discord terms.

4. Orders & services

Orders are fulfilled by volunteer WRD members on a best-effort basis. We make no guarantee of delivery time and may pause, decline, or cancel orders at any time — for example when the order system is closed or a service is unavailable. All services are provided in-game and within the rules of The Border.

5. Linked accounts

Linking your Roblox or Discord account is optional and done through each provider's official OAuth flow. You may unlink at any time. You confirm you own any account you link, and that linking does not violate that provider's terms.

6. Community content

You are responsible for your display name, bio, and any content you submit. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

7. Awards & leaderboards

Awards, ranks, and leaderboard positions are cosmetic recognitions with no monetary value. We may recalculate, adjust, or reset them at any time.

8. In-app economy & Robux

"Scraps" are an in-app currency with no real-world or monetary value, earned through activity such as duty states and daily logins and spent on cosmetics or Robux redemptions. To reduce abuse, redemptions and certain features may require your account to reach a minimum age and activity level, link a Roblox account, and observe cooldown limits. Robux redemptions are paid from the WRD group on a best-effort basis and may be queued until group funds are available. We may adjust earn rates, prices, and redemption terms, and may withhold, reverse, or remove Scraps, payouts, or rewards obtained through fraud, alternate accounts, exploits, or error.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or abuse the platform. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

10. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WRD and its volunteers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
